Please review the following documents to fully inform your understanding of the College’s Fees, Charges and Concessions. Our Business Manager, Connie Iddles can be contacted should you have any further queries.
Annual Billing Information
Annual College Fees and Levies accounts are emailed at the beginning of each school year.
There are two options available for payment of fees:
Option 1: To pay the account in full, in this instance accounts are payable by the due date, usually well before the end of Term 1. (A discount is available where the Annual Fees and Levies is paid in full and received at the College within the due date notified on your invoice – discount available 2.5%)
Option 2: College Fees and Levies can be paid in either quarterly, monthly, fortnightly, or weekly instalments, commencing from the first week in February and finalising by the end of November (or by the end of Term 3, for families of Year 12 students).
Schedule of all Fees and Levies and Instalment Information as well as payment options are included in the 2021 Schedule of Fees and Levies and Fee Instalment Information.
All new families to Marist College will be issued a Fee Instalment Nomination Form, which are required to be completed and returned within 5 days of receipt of your Annual College Fees Account. Once the Fee Instalment Nomination Form has been received by the College, you will then be re-issued a statement including the payment instalment plan.
A Family Discount is available for families with more than one child at a Rockhampton Diocese School. Discounts are applied on Tuition fees only when families have more than ONE student enrolled at a Rockhampton Diocesan schools.
A Discount and Confirmation of Enrolment form must be completed and returned to the College each year to be able to obtain the family discount entitlement to the fee account for the following year.
Concession Card Tuition Fee Discount
Catholic Education strives to keep all fees as low as possible. The Concession Card Discount initiative is offered in addition to the Family discount arrangement that presently exists in our College. A 70% Tuition Fee Discount is available for ‘means tested’ government Health Care and Pensioner Concession cards. These cards must meet eligibility criteria for this concession to apply. Cardholders are required to advise the school of their concession card at enrolment or when the card is gained. Once the card is sighted by the office and a copy is made, tuition fees for future terms will be adjusted.
